How does one actually build a custom Athena system?

1) Consultation - first, we assess your company's needs and goals and explain Athena's core features in detail.

2) Requirements Capture - we work with you to develop a list of requirements for your new system.

3) License or Purchase - you determine if you prefer a licensed system or a complete code purchase.

4) Quote - we work with you to develop a custom quote, consisting either of a purchase figure (for code purchase) or the mix of development fee, shop rate and monthly maintenance fee

5) Dedicated Customer Service Manager ("CSM") - together we'll determine which support option suits you best: Support Technician or Programmer.

6) Development - under the supervision of your CSM, we build the system to your specifications.
